The Hush Empress is both comfortable and relaxing. It has a unique pillow top cushioning on top of the mattress to give it a luxurious feel. The pillow top is filled with a thick layer of memory foam that moulds to the body which helps distribute weight evenly, reducing pressure points to give you an all round better night’s sleep.
This is complemented by two more layers of padding which add extra comfort.
It has a 1000 spring mattress (in a double bed) making it more responsive to the demands placed on it by the body. The spring unit, padding and the memory foam work in unison to provide better support along the entire length of the body.
It has an 8” border and is finished in a stylish straight line micro-quilted pattern. The mattress has unique Hush branded flag stitch handles which make it easy to move or reposition. The Empress is covered with high quality knitted fabric and no turning is required on this mattress.
The divan base is fully padded and upholstered and has a north / south internally linking divide. The drawer fronts (where fitted) are padded and upholstered and have beech drawer boxes to complement the overall design of the bed.
The divan is available with a Sprung Base or a Padded Top. The Sprung Base has a separate spring unit on top which gives a slightly softer feel while the Padded Top offers a slightly firmer feel for those requiring more support.
The twin wheeled castors on the divan make it easy to reposition the bed.
