Collect and Disposal Service

The collect and dispose service is designed to make replacing a bed quick and easy. You can choose to dispose of any bed in the house to shuffle the beds around if you wish so for example you could have a single bed removed when you have ordered a double (or the other way around). It saves you the effort of trying to dispose of a large and difficult to transport item, getting it to your local tip with all the hassle of such a large item, or having it hanging around waiting someone to pick it up.

How It Works

On arrival the delivery team will bag the old bed or mattress depending on what you have ordered and remove it from the house, ensure that it is segregated from any new products on the delivery vehicle. Items for disposal will need to be dismantled before the delivery team arrive and be in a position where they can safely and easily remove it.
Items for removal need to be in a sanitary condition (delivery teams will reject any items that are not sanitary). The items are then disposed of through approved waste disposal contractors.

How to order this service

When you select to purchase a bed or mattress if the service is available for that product there will be a collect and dispose option available on the product page, simply select the size and type (bed or mattress only) during the purchase. This option is not available for express delivery items or for all products.
