Delivery

For our Larger items the delivery service is carried out where possible on by the Manufacturers own transport fleet or a carrier with full experience of handling large furniture products.
Where an order contains products from more than one manufacturer a separate delivery may be made for each set of products.

Where Can we Deliver

We can deliver within the Mainland UK, we regret that we are unable to deliver to areas with postcodes beginning ZE, HS, GY, JE and TR or to any other non UK address. We do not have delivery facilities outside these areas.

Delivery Options

Free Delivery

Everything we sell with the exception of the mattress express items includes free delivery with the exception of the Highlands areas (postcodes beginning with AB,DD,IV,KW,PA and PH) where a £25 surcharge will be applied in the checkout process.
Following processing of your order you will be contacted by the delivery team to confirm your order, book a delivery date with you and arrange an AM or PM appointment. This may take up to 20 days from ordering due to the production process. Our commitment is to deliver within 25 days from receipt of order.
If we cannot contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery we will contact you by post. If this occurs due to postal delays delivery may be delayed to be outside the 25 day period. If you are not able to take delivery on the specified day we will arrange alternatives and seek to find solutions (such as phoning you before the delivery to allow you to pop home) that enable a smooth delivery to take place. Again these dates may be outside the 25 day period.
Delivery of the larger items is by a two man team who will deliver (where possible) to the room of your choice. Unpacking and assembly is not part of the service.

Express Delivery

All items in the express category come with express delivery included. For orders received before 11:00 AM on a working day this will be delivered the next working day except, we are sorry to say for the highlands areas (Postcodes beginning with AB, DD, IV, KW, PA or PH) where delivery will take 3 working days.
Orders placed on a non working day, weekend or bank holidays are regarded as having been placed before 11:00 AM on the following working day.

This service is a single man delivery and the service is for delivery to the door only. Beds cannot be taken to the room of choice and the service does not include unpacking or assembly. No collection service is available with this service. Express delivery for beds to the Highlands is a three day delivery and the same £25 surcharge applies.
