Our standard delivery service is carried out where possible on by the Manufacturers own transport fleet or a carrier with full experience of handling large furniture products. Next day delivery is carried out by a specialist carrier

As we are set up to deliver large and bulky items and as we offer free delivery we have a minimum order value of £100, orders below this amount cannot be accepted.

Standard Delivery

The beds and mattresses are made to your order and following processing of your order you will be contacted by the delivery team to confirm your order and book a delivery date with you and arrange an AM or PM appointment. This will be confirmed in writing to you. Our commitment is to delivery these orders within 21 to 25 days from receipt of order. If we cannot contact you by phone to book a delivery we will contact you by post but to allow for postal delays this may be outside the 21 to 25 day period. If you are not able to take delivery on the specified day we will arrange alternatives and seek to find solutions (such as phoning you before the delivery to allow you to pop home) that enable a smooth delivery to take place. These dates however may be outside the 21 to 25  day period.

Delivery is by a two man team who will deliver (where possible) to the room of your choice. Unpacking and assembly is not part of the service.

On the day of delivery the delivery team will ring you where possible and give you an approximate time of arrival.
