How long does delivery take?

Delivery is within 25 days of receipt of order. We have a small range of mattresses available for next working day delivery if required. See the delivery section for details.

Why does it take so long?

We don’t carry stock; all the beds we sell are made to order. This benefits our customers as they always get a bed that is new, and made to their specification. We don’t have stock hanging around in musty damp old warehouses and of course by keeping our costs as low as possible we can offer you a great deal!

What happens if I don’t like the bed?

The Beds we sell are made to order and are always new. We don’t offer beds for trial, test or sale or return. Of course if the bed supplied is defective, not what was ordered or damaged in any way we will take it back for replacement or exchange provided this is reported at the time of delivery.
