Where are the beds made?

The beds are all made in the UK from well established bed manufacturers. Most are based in Trowbridge which has a long established history of bed making. The brands sold by us cover most parts of the market so (hopefully) we have a selection that will suit most people’s needs from inexpensive value beds to the finest quality handmade beds. Across all items our aim is to provide fantastic value for money

 

How long does delivery take?

Normal delivery is 14 working days or around two and half weeks taking weekends into account. We have a small range of beds available for next working day delivery of required. See the delivery section for details.

 

Why does it take so long?

We don’t carry stock, all the beds we sell are made to order. This benefits our customers as they always get a bed that is new, and made to their specification. We don’t have stock hanging around in musty damp old warehouses and of course by keeping our costs as low as possible we can offer you a great deal!

What happens if I don’t like the bed?

The Beds we sell are made to order and are always new. We don’t offer beds for trial, test or sale or return. Of course if the bed supplied is defective, not what was ordered or damaged in any way we will take it back for replacement or exchange provided this is reported at the time of delivery.
